   I am a member of ” GUPTA VIDYA THEOSOPHICAL LODGE” ELURU, in West Godavari District, in Andhra Pradesh. I get the Indian Theosophist. In future I shall be sending my comments. I request you to kindly enlighten the members about the rules and regulations followed for establishment of lodges as well as International Theosophical Society and Indian Section.
